Floor Machines

 

 

     All of our floor machines are individually built to our customers needs, whether it be small or large.  Our floor machines come in sizes ranging from 13" to 24" to accomodate all applications.  We offer both A/C motors and D/C motors. 

     * Our proprietary 1.5 HP A/C motor is a high torque, low amp draw motor that was specially designed with the motor manufacturer to withstand the most rigorous everyday demands no matter the situation (specifically for the stone care industry!)

Motors
Capacitor type heavy-duty 3/4 H.P. (56 frame), 1 H.P. (66 frame), 1.5 H.P (66 frame) 60 cycle, 1 phase, 115 volt continuous-duty operation.  Powerful 1.5 H.P (DC motor 180 frame)

Brush Speed
10:1 Gear reduction provides speed of 175 R.P.M. on the brush. 

11:1 Gear reduction provides speed of 158 R.P.M. on the brush. 

8.8:1 Gear reduction provides speed of 198 R.P.M. on the brush.

Cord
50 ft. UL Approved, heavy-duty 14/3 conductor trailing cord.

Wheels
Heavy-duty 5" non-marking rubber wheels with ball bearings permit easy transport without lifting or carrying.

Bumper
Stay-Put non-marking long-wearing vinyl bumper.

Construction
Highly polished, heavy duty cast aluminum.

Handle
Completely adjustable handle locks in any position. Safety type, momentary contact switch with convenient shock-proof dual operating levers assure maximum safety.

Tank Assembly
Available in reinforced polyethylene as optional equipment  - "deluxe" and "economy" available. Capacity 4 gallons.
